What types of signs do you make?

We design, fabricate and install the full range of business signage: illuminated channel letters, lit logos and cabinet signs, monument and pylon/pole signs, storefront and building signs, blade signs, window graphics, wayfinding and ADA signs, and custom one-off builds. If it's a sign, we can probably make it β€” just ask.

Do you handle the permits, or do I?

We handle them. Permitting is part of our turnkey service. With 20+ years working alongside the cities and counties of Northern California, we survey the site, prepare the drawings, submit the application and obtain the building and electrical permits β€” so you don't have to deal with city hall.

How long does a sign project take?

It depends on the sign type, the city and the permit process. After design approval, fabrication typically takes a few weeks; permitting timelines vary by jurisdiction. A simple storefront sign can move quickly, while monument signs, custom builds or signs needing planning review take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated throughout.

Are your illuminated signs LED?

Yes. We build with energy-efficient LED lighting, which is brighter, more even, longer-lasting and far cheaper to run than old neon or fluorescent. We can also retrofit your existing neon or fluorescent signs to LED to cut energy and maintenance costs.

Do I need a permit for my sign?

Most permanent signs β€” wall signs, channel letters, cabinets, monuments and pylons β€” require a permit, and illuminated signs usually need an electrical permit too. Some small or temporary signs may be exempt depending on the city. We handle all of this for you and will confirm exactly what your specific address requires.

Can you design a sign from scratch?

Absolutely. Bring us your logo, your brand or just an idea, and our team will design signage that fits your building, your visibility needs and your budget. We provide renderings so you can see exactly how it will look before anything is built.

Do you install the signs you build?

Yes β€” installation is done by our own crew. We're a state-licensed sign contractor (CSLB #906191) qualified for electrical and non-electrical sign installation, so your sign is mounted and wired safely, to code, and ready to pass final inspection.

My sign is broken or dim β€” can you fix it?

We do. Our service team handles repairs, re-lamping, face replacement and electrical fixes, plus LED retrofits and scheduled maintenance. We can service signs we built and, in many cases, signs built by others.

Can you do signs for multiple locations or a rebrand?

Yes. We handle multi-site rollouts and rebrands β€” fabricating consistent signage across many locations and coordinating permits and installs city by city. We work with national brands, franchises and growing local businesses alike.

What do you need to get started?

Just the basics: your business and location (address), your logo or sign idea, and a rough timeline. From there we'll survey the site, research the local sign code, design the sign and provide a quote for the whole project β€” fabrication, permits and installation included.
